I met Kathryn Finney at a blogger’s meeting in NYC last month. I
was intrigued to read her book. I had planned to skim it, but found
myself soaking up every word. I know I am a fashionista, but a budget fashionista? Not so much. I had a lot to learn. Enlightening and irreverent, How to Be a Budget Fashionista
