I have to review this show, because we are from the same hometown, I grew up with his brother, our parents are good friends, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Summary: Oprah’s favorite t-shirt and sportswear designer, Adam Lippes presented his laid back preppy signature look. However, this time it was for the men. For women (and that’s what we care about) there were many light, airy and glittery frocks that already make me yearn for the beach next summer. Ranging from the palest silver short-sleeved balloon jacket, to African print shirt dresses to eyelet lace tops and skirts, it is clear that Adam is honing his skills.
Color Palette: white, cream, butter-cream, black, khaki, navy, gray, red, white/red/violet/ink/yellow Kenyan print, linen gold & silver metallic.
Textures & Details: balloon short sleeves; swingy t-shirt tank dresses, creme satin shift, khaki Bermuda shorts, patterned sundresses, striped cotton cardigans, high-waisted pleated pants, cotton eyelet & voile, taffeta, just-below the knee shirts, flat white leather thong sandals, white basket weave handbags.
Key looks: All American preppy Bermuda shorts with short jackets with a bit of sheen, flowing sundresses in bold patterns or gray with tiny buttons, white eyelet shifts with skirts and long and lean gauzy strapless evening dresses. Casual elegance perfect for the Hamptons 2007.
