London Spring Fashion Week ’07. Giles “Uhu Gareth Pugh”. Second City Style Fashion Blog

September 24, 2006 • Fashion

Ex-Bottega Veneta designer, Giles (Deacon) produced a show chalk full of varying styles. There was something for everyone. Mind you, I think the ostrich head wraps that were hiding the faces of some models was beyond strange and were totally distracting, thankfully he didn’t use them for his entire large collection.

There was black – lace kaftan over
smoky chiffon underlay, strapless satin held up by studded leather
belts and trimmed in marabou, a beaded tunic, a sheer, bell-sleeved chiffon top with lace pants and a layered tiered evening dress. There was white-a long silk sheath silk gown, a robe with long feathers as angel wings. : There was black and white S&M – in a white silk wedding
dress featuring a shackle print – a puff-ball
shift in silk featured a print of
handcuffs, hackles and a skull.

What totally rocked were the large leather totes with studs and spiked, strappy heels that every woman will want by spring.
