Fashion. Stun Gunn. Tim Gunn to Be Liz Claiborne’s Chief Creative Officer. Second City Style Fashion Blog

January 31, 2007 • Fashion

You can breathe a sign of relief. WWD’s Whitney Beckett reports that Tim will still be telling Runway contestants to "make it work," despite the fact that after 23 years he has just stepped down from his position as Dept. Chair of the Parson’s School of Design. Gunn resigned to accept the role of Chief Creative Officer at Liz Claiborne. The 52-year old has been at Parsons since 1982 and is credited with revamping its Fashion curriculum, making it one of the premiere design schools in the country. Our hope for Liz Claiborne: that you can make them work.
