From the mouth of Seattlepi.com comes some good news for those who need their Nordstrom high. Apparently the retailer is following in the steps of Neiman Marcus and launching a rewards program that values its customers who consistently spend within a certain bracket.
Here’s the scoop:
Level 1: $20 Nordstrom certificate for cardholders who acquire 2,000 points.
Level 2: Complimentary shipping, invitations to private shopping events, Nordstrom on Call service for spending between $2,000 and $10,000.
Level 3: Concierge service, shopping packages, $200 bonus Nordstrom certificates for spending between $10,000 to $20,000.
Level 4: Unlimited complimentary alterations, access to "Red Carpet" events such as fashion shows, personal shopping party, additional $200 bonus Nordstrom certificates for spending more than $20,000.

Nordstrom Inc. is rolling out the red carpet for its biggest credit
The upscale retailer, looking to entice those who already spend more
than non-Nordstrom credit card customers, has started a "Fashion
Rewards" program to give cardholders additional benefits.
The multitiered program, which follows other clothing retailers that
offer rewards to their most loyal customers, gives the most perks to
those spending more than $20,000 annually. The Nordstrom plan also is
expected to enhance the company’s already growing bottom line.
"The customers in our rewards program already spend 30 percent more
than those not in rewards," said Kevin Knight, president of Nordstrom
