Who: Hipsters, fashionistas, and the local glitterati (including Second City Style) got together to check out the creative, edgy work of fashion designers Harrison Cheairs, Jeff Millbern, Trisha Star, Ross Vargas and stylists from the Sin Qua Non Salon.
What: The Streets of Chicago: Style Fusion Fashion Show combined the skills of local fashion designers and cutting edge hair stylists for a night of fashion, beauty, and fun, all benefiting the Howard Brown Health Center. Now there’s a reason to party.
Some of our favorite looks included a seventies glam white satin frock accessorized with bronze bangles and a knockout updo, and a series of slinky draped black dresses trimmed with braid.
Where: The glamorous Kit Kat Club in Lakeview.
How: The Style Fusion Fashion Show is an annual event for the Sin Qua Non Salon, and every year it keeps getting bigger and better.
Why: Because the only thing better than a fashion show is a fashion show that supports a good cause.See the Top Ten Summer 2016 Trends for Women Over 40
