Don’t mess with Levi’s jean’s pocket! According to WWD, Levi
Strauss & Co. is alleging that Abercrombie &
is illegally copying their trademarked back-pocket stitching. This is their second suit filed this month having already acussed Polo of the same.

citing trademark infringement, Levi’s has accused Abercrombie &
Fitch of using the trademarked pocket design (connecting
arches) on its Ruehl brand jeans. Levi’s
is seeking unspecified losses in profits and other damages.
