So you’re up on the latest trends for fall…you’re closet is filled with the latest pleated trousers, tweeds and metallics and you’ve accessorized your outfits with the best bangles, earrings and handbags; but you might be missing the key accessory, your hairstyle! Even with the best outfit a bad do can ruin your entire look. Whether you have short, medium or long hair, there’s a style that will work for you.

Short Hair
Short hair styles have been the craze for Fall. The bob cut, most specifically, has been seen on everyone from Sarah Harding to Rihanna with great variation. It always seemed as if there where more style options with longer hair, but with different hair cutting techniques and products the new bob cuts are just as versatile as long hair.

• Classic Bob
The classic bob (as seen on Katie Holmes) is a sleek cut that frames the face while offering styling ease. It can be worn straight, wavy or curly while always looking stylish and polished. Though there are layers, the hair is the same length all around.

• Inverted Bob
The inverted bob is a “saucier” cut to the classic bob. The difference is the shorter layers in the back and long angles in the front. Great for those who want to go short but are a little apprehensive. It gives the element of length with the simplicity of short hair.

• Concave Bob (Asymmetrical Bob)
Similar to the inverted bob, the concave bob offers length on one side of the head while being shorter on the other side. The hair is layered in the back and a great deal shorter than the front.

• Mod Bob (Artsy Bob)
The mod style bob adds more texture to the traditional bob. Heavy bangs are created and hair frames the face.

Medium and Long Hair

• Straight, Layered, Wavy Hair
Long hair is a trend that will be a staple in fashion forever. Straight, no layers, layers, loose curls or waves, coiffed long hair will make any outfit pop. Straight hair will never go out of fashion. Whether you wear a middle or side part the clean lines will offer a sleek addition to any outfit.

• Voluminous Up-dos
Not quite the beehive, but big hair is back in full force. They graced the runways this season as well as the red carpet. Add curls, chic French twists and hair piled high on the end to add drama.

• Ponytails
Ponytails aren’t just for little girls anymore! Wear them low and loose for a carefree look or slicked back with a braid for an easy night time look.

• Chignons
Another classic, the chignon screams sophistication. Hair is pulled back and secured with pins near the nape of the neck. Great for the office or special occasions!

• Side Swept Bangs
The side swept bang is a great for everyone! The effortless sweep of the bangs frames the face and adds dimension to any style.
