I love it when people say they might have embellished something
instead of just admitting they were exaggerating. But whereas
exaggeration implies something that’s overstated, embellishment actually implies understated details.
Embellishment can transform a dress from beautiful to stunning, it
can pull an outfit together, and it certainly makes your look more
memorable. But remember — a little embellishment goes a long way, so
either wear it with classic accessories or vice versa, but not both.
