Go big or go home!

That’s the theme for the upcoming fall season’s footwear. There’s a change on the horizon; the toe is rounding out instead of pointing. In some cases, it simply isn’t enclosed, allowing for your fall colors on your toes to peep through. Clunky and eccentric is the only direction to head this fall!

As the industry begins to mold a new era in shoe fashion, street savvy individuals have embraced the new, adventurous designs with fervor. Even if the only updating you do this fall is for your feet, it will be a worthwhile investment!

Be on the lookout for anything that is inspired by animal or nature prints. To stay environmentally sound, you can always opt for the faux skin or fur. It still looks fabulous, and it helps you do your part in keeping our world harmonious.

Whether you are sporting ankle boots or sling backs, you will be able to find animal print-inspired looks in every style. Make a wild statement with your footwear this season! Pair prints with bold solids to create a look that that is feminine and trendy.

Laces and buckles are two ways you might normally describe a shoe. However, given this gutsy season, it may not be what you are thinking!

Whether you own a motorcycle or not, harness your inner-badass and don’t be afraid to rock the biker boot. The more laces, buckles, or zippers the better.

This will add some spice to your winter boot look, and it creates a fun way to channel creativity. The riskier the better, so don’t be afraid to have a lot of fun with this trend! Biker boots are an excellent partner to femme, and it creates an adorable look that will make anyone feel rock and roll.

One of my favorite looks, a hybrid of the boot, is the playful bootie.

Classically modern, booties add a dramatic flare with their 20’s-style rounded toe. This look can easily be worn for work or play! Also, don’t be afraid of color this season. It’s all about statement pieces, and that piece can easily be your footwear.

Booties are not the only 20’s-style influence that will be seen roaming the streets this fall.

The Roaring 20’s were a time of exploration and fabulous fashion discoveries. Mixed with the modern, bohemian style, this look is craveable and will show up over and over again this season. Look for shoes capped in another color. This adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit!

Arguably the hottest trend this fall when it comes to shoes is the mary jane. With a classy strap, everyone’s favorite pump design, and 20s-inspired round toe, this style will be the most coveted!

Creativity will be flowing free this fall, and that leaves much to the imagination. Don’t be afraid to be a maverick and sport styles that you love or find interesting! This is a season of pioneering and anything goes.

Daring and beautiful, shoes for the fall will be different than what you’ve ever seen. The artwork of footwear is blossoming. Just when you thought shoe shopping couldn’t get any better, the fashion industry produces several worthy new addictions. No matter what your style, this season definitely has what you need!
