The 80's are back! At least the color palette is. For Fall '09 get ready to see a profusion of 80's neon colors like electric blue, shocking pink, highlighter yellow and bright green. Obviously it is best paired with the black you already own and hey, try to avoid the matching 80's hair and fingerless gloves OK? It's a modern twist…not a flashback.
