Since the economy is still abyssimal and we are all pretty much completely stressed out, exhale spa is bringing back FREE weekly meditation sessions for the month of April. Remember? They offered them back in November and I attended one. I think it was the first time I had breathed in a month. With taxes just about due, I feel a shortness of breath again and could use some de-stressing.
