About Gift Bags for Good:
Gift Bags for Good is a fundraiser event established in May of 2007 designed to make use of the overwhelming amount of gift bags given out at high-profile events each year that may not be of interest to those who receive them. The event takes these bags and auctions them off to help raise money for select beneficiaries each year. With the help of influencers and tastemakers, Gift Bags for Good collects bags from the year's top events and helps benefit the lives of men, women and children worldwide. Gift Bags for Good 2007 and 2008 raised money for Water Partners International, helping to provide clean water and sanitation for residents of Tigray, Ethiopia, drastically reducing the time they spend each day walking to water sources and carrying water.
