Alice + Olivia's head designer, Stacy Bendet

We are very excited to hear about the new collaborative project that has been announced between the chic apparel line Alice + Olivia and luxe jewelry designer Erickson Beamon. In a recent interview with Black Book, Alice + Olivia' s chief designer Stacy Bendet included the new jewelry line as part of the clothing label's plans for upcoming expansion, and hinted at a possible makeup deal as well.  The jewelry collection is scheduled to debut this coming November.

Another joint project that's in the works falls between the edgy, dark hued-loving designer Yohji Yamamoto and luggage guru Mandarina Duck. The two designers have teamed up to create a mini-collection of stylish but utilitarian carryalls that will be sold exclusively out of a Soho pop-up shop for only three months. The space, located at 98 Greene street, is as minimalist as the bags it features with a brick and mortar backdrop against stark-white decor. Along with the nylon duffels and totes, Yamamoto is also featuring his new diffusion line, Coming Soon. The collection will be available at the pop-up shop until Mid-August.
