One of our favorite designers here at Second City Style, Adam Lippes, has partnered with the Human Society to open his New York City Meatpacking District boutique, ADAM, for one day of dog adoptions to help the many animals in need find homes. See why we like him so much?
The dogs, ranging in breed and size, will be showcased in the windows of the boutique on Sunday, May 31st from 2-4PM. Delicious doggy treats and post brunch Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas will be served to all guests and animal lovers. Customers, locals and passer bys are welcome to bring their pooches by for the fun day of shopping. 10% of all the proceeds will be donated to the Humane Society, and “ADAM Loves Dogs” leashes and t-shirts will be given away to all new dog owners.
Creative Director and CEO, Adam Lippes said, “I am really looking forward to working with the Humane Society as they are such an amazing organization. I, myself am a dog owner and animal lover and feel so grateful that I have this opportunity to help prevent animal cruelty and find these animals homes.
Lippes continued, “It is so gratifying and rewarding to see the smiles on peoples faces when they take a new dog home.”
