Summary: Inspired by the Kenyan port town of Lamu, the Adam Spring collection took American Sportswear to a very interesting place. Like the multi-cultural experience Lamu keeps, Adam Lippes provided a wide range of colors, textures and fabrics. In what other collection could you find striped merino sweaters paired with ostrich feather skirts and have them complement each other so perfectly? The looks were soft, yet embellishments of wood and metal provided a balancing edgy side. The Adam collection was both bright and versatile, and come spring, it will be just the inspiration we'll need.
