Call me a young-fogey, but between all the navel-gazing and shameless self-promotion on Twitter, it takes something extra-special to get me to follow someone… especially someone I don’t know. These four vintage-loving tweeters have reeled me in and make scrolling a pleasure.
I tremble with admiration for this online British mag, and their tweets serve up links to fabulous articles on everything from choosing the perfect vintage bag to trend reports and interviews with vintage-loving starlets. (While those of us stateside can only drool at some of the Brit-based offerings, they do have shopping guides to a few cities in the states, including New York and Los Angeles.)
An amazing round-up of all things vintage on the web, including vintage inspiration, celebs wearing vintage, street-style and awesome finds at online stores and auctions.
You’ll get all kinds of eclectic information from PandasVintage, including notices of new stores, vintage events and flea markets around the country, examples of the best DIY and reconstructed vintage and other quirky style-related news.
Providing quick tips on shopping and caring for vintage jewelry (and jewelry in general), JewelryShoppe gives you useful bits of information that you didn’t realize you needed (for example, that true platinum jewelry is usually marked with one of these symbols: PL, PT, PLAT, 950 or PT950). And with just a few tweets per month, you won’t feel bombarded.
