Sparkling Ornaments Not For Your Tree, But For Your Neckline!

December 22, 2009 • Fashion

All together

Extreme, chunky and extravagant necklaces are what should be near the top of your holiday wish list. Celebrities like Rihanna and Madonna have always tickled that imaginary line of risk taking, but this season they have leaped far beyond it. Others like Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively are following the hot trend.

The more bold the better! Necklaces with random attributes usually do the trick. From dominant beads and rocks to feathers and charms, all can dangle from your neckline looking nothing but flawless. A bold necklace immediately will transform any plain outfit into one that grabs second glances. Layering always does the trick! Take a bunch of simple necklaces and within seconds together, they represent one extreme necklace.

They can go with a casual t-shirt and jeans look or accent a fitted black dress for a night out on the town. I have always and forever will be an accessory kind of gal because it’s up to the glistening ornaments to complete any look. It’s as if my eyes have this laser detector, they will scan the store and only stop when a dramatic necklace is spotted.

Here is some scanning I’ve done for you:
