Spring 2010 Trend: From The Gym To The Streets

December 28, 2009 • Fashion

The gym is conceived as a place of bleach-stained pants and oversized t-shirts drenched in sweat. That’s possibly why we fashionistas don’t ever have the urge to go there simply to blend into the crowd of slobs. This spring trend allows us to represent the gym with a new funky, edgy twist.

We have seen it before with the playful boy shorts as a sexy meets sporty look, but now the intensity has been cranked up a notch. Neon colors spill all over this trend with hot pink leotards to neon green sports bras. Think out of the box and take this trend to the streets this spring. Throw on a blazer and bangles with a neon sports bra covered by a baggy, boys cutoff leading to a pair of spandex shorts.
