J. Crew To Go Global with Net-a-Porter

February 23, 2010 • Fashion

J. Crew is set to conquer overseas markets with a little help from Net-a-Porter.com.

For its first major push overseas, J.Crew products will now be featured on the Net-a-Porter website starting mid-May. J.Crew currently only operates in the U.S. but is available through both North America and Japan through its website and catalogue. This change will now have J.Crew available in over 170 countries through Net-a-Porter.

“When we go live in May, this will be announced to our millions of subscribers, celebrated with a cover and a story in our weekly magazine," said Natalie Massenet, the founder and chairman of Net-a-porter.com. "It is going to be a big deal for us."

Sounds like it.
