In September 2008, the Musse des Arts Decoratifs announced it would be creating a exhibition dedicated to the career of Kate Moss. Sadly, that will not be happening now. The museum has decided to cancel the event all together.
Though the museum has sponsored other fashion exhibitions, including Christian Lacroix and Balenciaga, they could not find the funding the for the event. It had to be postponed back in November when the exhibit was due to open. But "given the economic situation", it is no longer planning the stage it at all.
