WTF! The Week That Was In Bad Celebrity Style.

Glenda Bailey at the 2010 Tribeca Ball in New York

Comment: As editor in chief of Harper's Bazaar, Glenda Bailey is usually able to take any look and make it work to her advantage. Not so much with this stiff and fussy dress, which looks borrowed from the queen of Bailey's homeland, Elizabeth II. The puffed out sleeves and bell-shaped skirt are not the most flattering proportions and on Bailey, who's used to sleeker, slouchier shapes. It just looks like she's trying too hard to play dress up.

She's Thinking: I wanted to be queen for a day!

Tia Tequila at her celebrity blog launch party in New York

Comment: Talk about your polar opposites! Not that we would ever ordinarily put the likes of Tila Tequila on the same page as Glenda Bailey but her ridiculousness made it difficult to resist. And its not like its anything new that Tila is trashily flaunting her synthetic curves to anyone who'll look, but this look seemed to reach a new low for even her. Half of the other pics in this collection showed a little too much fake boob, to the point of indecent exposure, and therefore couldn't be used. So just knowing that this shot one was one of the most tame, definitely deserves a great big WTF!

She's Thinking: Why should I pay for them if I can't show them off all the time?

Katherine Heigl at the ASPCA Bergh Ball in New York

Comment: So Katherine Heigl adopted a child, and went straight from Mom to matronly? How did this happen?? Any event with the word 'Ball' in the title does not incite images of button-down seersucker dresses. And Katherine, you're not pushing 80, nor are you a politician's wife, so you really don't need the pearl choker and prim and proper earrings. Where's the youth? Where's the pizazz and edginess that she once worked so well? If this is what dressing like a new mom looks like, we'll pass on having kids any time soon.

She's Thinking: But this is what Emily Post suggested!

Gwen Stefani (and Gavin Rossdale) at a cocktail celebration honoring Tod's boutique in Beverly Hills

Comment: Gwen's another icon who we can usually depend on for being the bast dressed gal at the party. But everyone has their slip-ups, it seems. This weird, mish-mash dress has way too much going on and looks a lot like a giant piece of crumpled up aluminum foil. The length of the dress is too long, the fit is not flattering and her white opaque tights and cage heels only add up to a lot of look, and not in a good way at all.

She's Thinking: Eh, I have a hot husband so I can afford to make a few mistakes here and there.
