Apparently, an employee at the Marc Jacobs store in SoHo, New York got a little more than she bargained for.
A female employee received a package from California that contained what she suspected to be anthrax. The white powder actually turned out to be cocaine. The FBI was called in and after initial investigation, turned the matter over to the NYPD. When the police figured out it was cocaine, the employee was taken in for questioning.
"It appears to have been a huge mix-up," said the NY Post source. "The girl has no idea why she was sent it. The cops are looking into whether it was intended for someone else in the building. But she was not happy with how she was treated by the police and is considering filing charges."
Neither Marc Jacobs or the manager at the store had any comment. But seriously, who randomly sends cocaine to a Marc Jacobs store?!
