It’s Time For a Change

June 29, 2010 • Lifestyle

Yep. It's time. After almost 9 months after having a baby, it's time to face the sad truth. Those extra 25 lbs. are not coming off without an intervention (that's me above recently). I had such fun putting them on. I didn't turn down a pizza or Crumbs cupcake to save my life while I was pregnant. Well he's here and thriving. And my thighs are still here and disgusting! I've been watching it and slowly losing the weight, but I don't have a personal chef, trainer nor to I really want a tummy tuck. I need to take it to the next level. I have a whole closet full of clothes I'd like to wear again.

So, starting Tuesday, July 6, I am beginning on a three month Nutrisystem program. Follow my journey as I post on the blog weekly and Twitter daily…I'll even post pictures of my progress. There had better be progress. Knowing you are all watching will keep me on track.

I actually successfully completed the Nutrisystem program when I graduated from college about a hundred years ago. I was lost about 20 lbs. that summer, so I am optimistic I will do so again. I can't wait to see how the program and food have changed. Hey Marie Osmond looks amazing! Wish me luck and I'll try not to be too bad the 4th weekend!

FTC Disclosure: Nutrisystem is providing their program free of charge for my participation in the program.
