Forever 21 Can Finally Stop Ripping Off Designers

July 20, 2010 • Fashion

There's not a day that goes by that Forever 21 is not accused of ripping off another designer's ideas. So, you know what they say: if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

The fashion-retailer giant is about to start collection collaborations with designers. Los Angeles designer Brian Lichtenberg has the first collection with a set of graphic T-shirts and tank tops. It will contain nine women's styles, priced at $14.90 and three men's style at $14.90 each.

“We wanted to work with Brian because he is a true L.A. talent who encompasses L.A. culture and style,” said Linda Chang, a spokeswoman for Forever 21.

Look for Lichtenberg's collection to be in stores August 13.
