New York Fashion Week Spring ’11 News! Wu and Miller Opt Out of Lincoln Hall

August 5, 2010 • Fashion Shows

Jason Wu and Nicole Miller will not join the ranks at Lincoln Hall

We're officially in August now and that means one thing and one thing only: start planning for New York Fashion Week. The mid-September shows will be here before we know it and we can't wait for all the NYFW news to start pouring in. Lincoln Hall replacing Bryant Park as the main site has been making headlines for months and now, more and more designers are confirming whether or no they'll be participating in the Lincoln Hall lineup.

Two well known names who will seemingly not be showing in the main site are Jason Wu and Nicole Miller. Both have confirmed booking times at the event space 82 Mercer. Miller has even doublebooked herself for Sept. 10, which is also
Fashion’s Night Out. Her show will get underway at 5 p.m. and the
designer’s Fashion’s Night Out event will start at 6:30 at her Greene
Street boutique just around the corner. Wu is an off-site regular, having opted out of both Bryant Park and Milk Studios in the past, but has yet to confirm the day of his typically uber-exclusive show.
