Here's a tasty tidbit for your Monday morning: makeup artist Napoleon Perdis has expanded from cosmetics into the realm of bath and body.
Starting yesterday, Perdis launched a new bath line exclusively for Target, called NP Set Bath & Body. The collection will drop in about 1,400 of the retailer’s stores across the country. Perdis has actually been a fixture on Target shelves since August 2008 when the makeup artist partnered with the retailer to create NP Set, a diffusion makeup line. At the time, two other gently-priced lines from well known cosmetics brands, JK Kemma Kidd and Pixi by Petra Strand, joined Perdis in stacking the building blocks for Target's Design for All concept.
But Perdis has become the first to expand to other arenas.“I am the only one of the three to launch in a separate aisle. That’s a pretty big deal with a retailer like Target. I am very humbled,” he said. The NP Set Bath & Body line includes a body wash, bath salts, body polish, body lotion and a body spray, in three luxurious scents. Prices range from $11.99 for the body spray to $14.99 for the bath salts. Scents include Tahitian Vanilla, Moroccan Citrus and Jaipur Jasmine. All of the items are free of parabens and sulfates. So before it gets too cold and nippy out there, stock up on these bath treats to indulge at the end of a long day!
