Katy Perry graces the December cover of Harper's Bazaar and I can say, the girl has grown up for this photoshoot. Inside the magazine, she talks about her new husband, Russell Brand (“I always knew I wanted a great man of God, someone who was going to be an inspiration for people and also be a lovely husband and father,” she says) and the ever-changing flummox of pop stars.
Though one would think the rivalry would be strong within the women, including Rihanna and Lady GaGa, they are all actually friendlier than one would initially conceive. “We’re all unique. That’s why we all win and we all can exist. People don’t want just vanilla. They want 31 flavors. I couldn’t do what Rihanna does. I couldn’t do what Gaga does. They can’t do what I do.”
The photo shoot is the new feel of a more grown-up Katy Perry. I, for one, like it. The cover is a little more commercial and Pantene Pro V than I would like but overall, it's a great look on her. Let's see how long it lasts.
