Judith Leiber to Make a New Scent

December 2, 2010 • Beauty

Judith Leiber is making a turn back into scents. It was recently announced that the luxury handbag brand will be making fragrances once again.

Mary Gleason, the Leiber brand president, has been working for the last two years to create the new scent, "Judith Leiber Night".  The fragrance has top notes of black cinnamon and bergamot among a drydown of caramelized amber, woods, incense and patchouli.

“Judith Leiber Night reflects our new direction — targeting the next generation of luxury consumers,” said Gleason. The eau de parfum will be offered in two sizes: 40 ml. for $140 and 75 ml. for $198.

Expect to see the scent in stores at Bergdorf Goodman, Judith Leiber boutiques and judithleiber.com, with additional specialty store distribution to be added domestically and internationally throughout starting in the spring of 2011.
