Shopbop.com, the leading women’s online fashion boutique worldwide, has announced that it will launch it’s very first print campaign for Spring 2011.
The print campaign called Shopbop Feels Good, will capture the natural enthusiasm and innate style of the typical Shopbop girl. "We’re constantly reminded by our customers that Shopbop brings them happiness. We wanted to capture this sentiment in an ad campaign and share it with the rest of the fashion world," says Chris Ryskiewicz, Shopbop Director of Marketing.
The campaign, which was shot by photographer Jason Nocito and styled by Kate Ciepluch, Shopbop Fashion Director, and Morgan Wendleborn, Shopbop Style Director, will launch in the March issues of Elle, InStyle, Lucky & Vogue. While the campaign will be the same across these publications, the imagery will change each month.
As the basis for much of their inspiration, Shopbop chose a New York City residence for the shoot location and worked with model Bekah Jenkins, (who will be featured in the March and April ads), and model Le Call (who will be featured in the May ads). Shopbop also plans to include a behind the scenes video of the making of the print campaign on Shopbop.com, their Shop Talk blog and facebook page. Here's a sneak peek of the ad campaign but stay tuned for the official launch in your favorite fashion mags in March and shop now at Shopbop.com!
