Summary: You want hard edge military flair with a classic tweed twist? Then you want to keep an eye on G-Star Raw's Fall 2011 collection. Designer Pierre Morisset designed the collection of tweed shorts and high collars to assuage the old school Victorian in all of us.Well, if that Victorian just so happened to live New York City circa 1980's and loved hard rock.
Keeping the season almost interchangeable, tweed shorts and black tights were a big hit that strutted down the runway. This brings the most mileage out of the clothes, and also makes it a bit easier to continue wearing those pieces into the spring season. I love the way the fitted cropped sleeved denim blazer complemented the feminine shape without looking dated, i.e that Members Only jacket sitting somewhere in your closet.
