H&M is gearing up for several new collections that are sure to be a hit. And this is all just during the month of April!
There is the H&M Conscious Collection, which focuses on more of an eco-friendly approach to fashion, uses greener materials like organic cotton, Tencel and recycled polyester. The collection includes several daydresses, blouses, tees, shorts and skirts in several shades of white for the women. Look for the Conscious Collection in stores April 14.
A week after the release of the H&M's answer to environmentally sound fashion, the brand turns it's focus towards hip shoes. H&M has joined with Swedish Hasbeens to create a limited-edition collection of footwear for the Spring. Three versions of environmentally friendly wooden-soled clogs, which were inspired by the traditional Swedish styles of the 1970s, will be available starting April 20.
And a worthy cause for the last collection of April: the fourth year of H&M’s Fashion Against AIDS. The unisex collection for both men and women raises awareness for HIV/AIDS by featuring basic sportswear clothing, some with tongue-in-cheek messages that support the basic initiative of H&M. This year, the collection will donate 25% of sales to youth HIV/AIDS projects around the world. Look to buy pieces starting April 26.
