The snow keeps falling but Chicago designers know how to heat things up to ward off the cold!
Tuesday evening marked the night of the pre-party to the upcoming and highly anticipated Chicago Red Dress Party, the Red Hot Runway at Columbia College.
Emceed by Justin Jacobson from Platinum Events, fifteen Columbia students designed red dresses and helped raise awareness and visibility for the HIV/AIDS movement and took a stand against the disease "one red dress at a time".
The winner of the contest received a window display at the 900 North Michigan Shops, an iPod Nano and $400 in gift certificates.
The Chicago Red Dress Party will be held on April 16. To buy tickets or find out more information, you can visit the Chicago Red Dress website!
