Every so often a new scary fruit comes out promises Rapunzel length hair, weight loss, and the ability to find an amazing sample sale. Well maybe not the last, but as these new fruits come and go it's hard to believe each one is more effective than the last.
On that is tried and true for helping you out is the humble grapefruit. Yes, it has fiber to get things moving (think weight loss), it's also chocked full of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is that little mineral that reduced wrinkles big time and helps your body turn over new skin cells. Research shows people who eat grapefruit on the regular have significantly less wrinkles than those who don't.
Possibly weight loss? Definite wrinkle reduction? I need to run to the grocery store…
