Last week Ken Kaufman, half of the amazing designing duo from KAUFMANFRANCO, was in Chicago showing off what’s in store for fall. KAUFMANFRANCO has a knack for designing a line heavy in neutrals, but more stunning than the brighter items from other designers. Combing materials like jersey, leather, shearling, with unexpected accents like mesh or long wrap around belts is the way KAUFMANFRANCO keeps their clients wanting more.
The shearling and leather coat that should be everyone’s staple coat this fall.
Kaufman talked about how the sweater is doing something new for the fall is a vest underneath a sweater with a big kilt pin to hold it all together. The monochromatic palette keeps the look clean while the mixed textures keep it fresh.
You can’t go wrong with sequins and slinky.
A simple black sheath amps it’s sex appeal with all over sequins and a low back.
The handsome Ken Kaufman and I.
