Shopping in Chicago is one of our biggest reasons to boast. We’ve got stores for days—boutiques, department stores, thrift shops, outlets—that appeal to every type of budget. And while areas like the Magnificent Mile appeal to the masses with their staggering national chain stores, many locals try to support Chicago-based fashion. So when the Sassy City Chicks’ Fashion Bash blew into town featuring some of Chicago’s best designers and boutiques, we were immediately on board!
Held at the popular Venue One in the West Loop, the wide open event space brimmed with vintage, contemporary and trendy summer fashions, as well as beauty treats from Art + Science Salon, Sine Qua Non, Benefit and more. Shoppers enjoyed up to 80% off regular retail prices while they sipped martinis from Pinnacle Vodka and socialized with fellow fabulous fashionistas.
Guests received VIP treatment everywhere, like local designers like Anastasia Chatzka being on hand to personally discuss their pieces and complimentary hand massages and samples by Aveda Institute Chicago. And when they scooped up a satisfying amount of summertime goodies, everyone was treated to an exclusive Sassy City Chicks goodie bag, chock full of treats from the participating labels. Nothing is better than a chance to kick back, have a cocktail and shop the best of Chicago!
