T-shirt fans everywhere can rejoice! Live music from DJ Au Revoir Simone and drinks were available to those there to celebrate the release of the Threadless and Gap collaboration event at the North Avenue in Chicago. This first collection offers t-shirts in an array of bold colors and optimistic, light-hearted graphics, complementing Gap’s broader “Be Bright” spring collection and campaign.
Now available in all Gap retail stores, the Spring 2012 Gap+Threadless graphic t-shirts are being sold worldwide. The collection includes both mens and womens shirts created by the Threadless community and sold exclusively through the Gap. These t-shirts have never been printed from artists in the international Threadless community. Each t-shirt celebrates the individuality and creativity of the artist who designed it and supports Threadless’ mission to “Make Great Together” with its community of artists and partners.
The collection will include 16 men’s and 10 women’s styles that will retail for $29.95 at select Gap stores in the U.S. and Canada and online at Gap.com.
