Another Bündchen in the Oven?

Two of the most beautiful people in the world might be gracing the world with their joint beauty (again). Rumor has it that Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady might be expecting a baby. According to the Boston Herald, Gisele is said to be two months along. She supposedly told Riccardo Tisci so that he could make her Met Gala dress fit accordingly. No one has made an official comment from either camp but I say that we’ll be able to tell if the rumors are true very soon…

Press Not Coming to YSL Until Fall

A spokesperson for Yves Saint Laurent announced Monday that only buyers will be invited to see Hedi Slimane’s first two collections — women’s resort and spring menswear — and press will not be welcome. According to WWD, the spokesperson called these collections “transitional,” and said they’ll be presented sometime during the end of July or beginning of August. That means that the first time any press will get to see Slimane’s YSL designs on a runway will be at Paris Fashion Week this fall.

Klum and Bieber are Fragrance Winners

Even with all the celebrity fragrances out there, some are still able to rise above the rest. Heidi Klum and Justin Bieber won big. At the 2012 FiFi Awards on NYC Monday night, Klum won the Broad Appeal Women category for her debut fragrance Shine, which she launched in September 2011. Bieber took home the Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award for his 2011 women’s scent launch, Someday.

More Kellwood Negotiations

Kellwood Co. is in discussions with Johan Lindeberg to transfer ownership of BLK DNM, a move that would have the apparel firm retaining a stake in the business if an agreement is reached. The negotiations involve the brand, stores in Stockholm and New York City and employees connected with the brand, according to Jill Granoff, Kellwood’s chief executive officer.

While Lindeberg was known to be looking for an investor to help him take over and grow the BLK DNM (pronounced Black Denim) label, rumors surfaced in the past week that the business would be shuttered. “We are not shutting it down,” Granoff emphasized, and confirmed that Lindeberg has indeed found a partner. The identity of that partner could not be determined at press time. Lindeberg declined comment.
