This September, Nicole Richie will join Matthew Williamson and Karl Lagerfeld as a designer for Macy’s Impulse line. Nicole Richie for Impulse will be featured in 100 Macy’s stores and online. The Fashion Star judge already runs her popular House of Harlow and Winter Kate collections.
Martine Reardon, Macy’s chief marketing officer, told WWD that the collection will include a lot of Nicole’s favorite trend, prints, as well as some “bright jewel colors.”
Nicole told Style.com, “I worked extremely hard with Macy’s to create a collection that stayed true to my own aesthetic, so representing my designs in the advertising campaign was a welcome opportunity. I am thrilled to partner with such an iconic retailer for this collaboration, which was an exciting, new way to challenge my creativity.” Although we do not know too much more about what to expect when Nicole Richie for Impulse hits stores next month, here is a look at a few photos from the ad campaign.
