Fashion Focus Chicago got off the an amazing start on Monday night with a dazzling “Night at the Museum” event! The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum was transformed into a decadent fashion haven with sushi, cocktails and accessories ready to buy.
Exotic and lifelike stuffed animals (and maybe even a few live reptiles!) added a wild touch to some of the fashions on display. Twenty local designers made pieces exclusively for the event for the show and mingling during the reception. Finishing up with an amazing runway show filled with bold feather masks, full body paint and outstanding fashion, it was a great start to a week filled with local fashion and fun!
The event was a direct benefit for the both of the children’s charities Project Ladybug and Flashes of Hope.
