The new modeling competition series “The Face” features young models competing to be the newest face of Ulta Beauty. The show is hosted by Nigel Barker and features supermodel coaches Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova, and Coco Rocha as mentors. Each coach will have their own team of models and the contestants will participate in photo shoots and commercials. The winner of the competition will become a spokesperson and brand ambassador for Ulta’s fall and Holiday 2013 national ad campaigns. The winner will also make appearances in ULTA Beauty stores, share beauty tips for the brand’s blog, represent Ulta at Fall Fashion Week 2013, and participate in social media for the company. Ulta Beauty will also provide makeup, hair stylists, and makeup artists for the show. Tune in for the premiere on Tuesday, February 12 at 9 pm/8pm central to see all the drama go down as each model competes to be the new face of Ulta.
ULTA Beauty is based in the Chicago area and Carrie Lannon, Director of Public Relations for ULTA Beauty and Molly Sloat, Director of Trend Development for ULTA Beauty are in the show on-camera! Go Chicago! Carrie Lannon coordinated ULTA Beauty’s participation throughout the filming period last September. This included coordinating the ULTA Beauty make-up and hair styling teams to create looks for the contestants.
