Today is National Wear Red Day, so coming up with what to wear was easy! I have only a few red dresses and this Sophie Thaellet Bow Detail Dress dress is special to me (very close to my heart) because I met the designer in person when I bought this dress. She was in Chicago at The Limited launch of her collection!
In honor of this day, I made sure to sneak in a few extra workouts earlier this week. I think it is important to get in your cardio exercise so you not only feel good, but look your best and also have more energy …to shop! All kidding aside, everyone knows a woman who has had heart trouble and in many cases it can be reversed with diet and exercise. Today reminds us that we can make an extra effort to take care of ourselves. Second City Style supports The Heart Truth and we will be covering the fashion show on February 6th at New York Fashion Week.
