Making Scents: Valentina Assoluto…Updated Sophistication

If you love Valentino ‘Valentina’ which was introduced in 2011, you are going to adore the new more sensual, seductive and sophisticated interpretation…Valentina Assoluto. Valentina Assoluto stands for a modern heiress who knows how to play with her sensual aura, slightly provocative and dramatic in her attitude that reflects her precious and intense femininity. In other words, it’s the evening version. A little darker, a little sexier, a little less floral and a little more daring.

From this sensual grace and magnetic femininity, master perfumer Olivier Cresp has recreated the quintessence of Valentina, by giving the scent an intense fragrance, adorned with a new, chypre signature. Creating a magical formula that comes to life on the skin and transforms it into an unmistakable and necessary final touch: a designer fragrance.

Valentina Assoluto’s top notes are comrpised of Italian bergamot, Smeggia peach from Sicily and white Alba truffle from Piedmont. The heart or middle notes exudes intoxicating white flowers (Jasmine, Tuberose, Orange blossom) with a  hint of vanilla from Madagascar. Its chypre base consists of patchouli, oak moss and cedar.

The elegant yet minimalist round bottle houses the caramel hued scent and is adorned with a single giant nude flower. This illustrates the sophistication and the opulence of our Valentina reinterpretation within the range consistency. So if you are looking for a new evening signature scent, you need to give Valentino Assoluto a try.
