Glashütte Original is bringing watches back into the mix. After decades without a full women’s line, its new Pavonina women’s timepiece 20-piece collection will be available this month.
With a feel from the 1920’s, the watches have a stainless steel squared oval form with bi-colored 18-karat red gold with the stainless steel or red gold in the link bracelet models. The collection began its tour of debuts, starting at the Berlin Film Festival in February. It then headed to New York in June after its unveiling at Baselworld in May. The launch in Asia will be at the end of the year.
The watches are set to retail between 3,900 and 32,000 euros, or about $5,113 to $41,957 and will be targeted at 30 of America’s top high-end doors, like Tourbillon Boutique.
