Anyone in the mood for a little wine and Italian fare on the go? Well then, you need to stop by Vapiano in the Loop!
Last Thursday, the international chain celebrated their grand opening for their location with a VIP reception at the corner of Wabash and Monroe. Hosted by the general manager Massimo Serradimigni, guests got to try everything on the menu. Fresh, casual Mediterranean cuisine and bubbly flowed while patrons surrounded by the natural wooden tables, real-life tree and mini plants from Milan’s star architect Matteo Thun.
Defining the future of fresh casual – a new and refreshing niche in the restaurant industry – Vapiano is an innovative European concept serving made-to-order hand tossed pizzas, fresh, house-made pasta and hand tossed gourmet salads.
