Another day, another speed race around New York City. We’re only on day five but it feels like we’ve been doing this forever. Not to worry because we’re holding strong just for you.
Surf’s up! How many bright colors can you find at Tommy Hilfiger? Neoprene and floral prints galore, this show is always a fun. One of the big trends seems to be a bit of colorblocking. Can you tell?
Lauren goofing around with Robert Verdi after his interview. He is such a goofball. How funny is it that he has a ‘OMGhair’ tag?
We love running into Nina Garcia! This picture is just the best.
How stoked are we that Ted Gibson has a beauty line? The answer is “very.” Pigmented glosses are so in right now, Alia just had to pick up this coral beauty for fall.
We love going to Alice + Olivia each season (and not just for the Magnum ice cream). Stacey Bendet is really starting to show her chops with this collection: lace, draping, pleats and ladylike silhouettes round out the Spring season. And SCS loves a good maxi dress so it’s a good thing that Stacey can do it well.
Libertine. What else can we say about Libertine’s look? From Butter London and Kerastase, this look is everything. Inspired by aliens (yes, you read that right), this look was a collage of patterns and textured with a bit of sparkle mixed in.
Reem Acra was a disco queen bonanza. Big hair and shimmering dresses, it was like we all went back to 1970! Even in motion, these dresses are nothing short of spectacular.
Bare midriffs and minis made the cut at Kaufman Franco. A nice mix of red, orange, black and white made sure that these pieces will be celeb favorites. Olivia Palmero, Ashley Greene and Jane Krakowski were sitting front row so you know they’ll be all over these guys come Spring. Can’t you imagine all the other cool girls wearing dresses like these?
Off to the DKNY 25th anniversary party! We’ve been excited for this party ever since we got the invite. With Moet and Belvedere galore, we caught a seat for the hottest after party in town. We were looking forward to seeing the headliner…
Singer Rita Ora ended the night by singer for Ms. Donna Karan herself. She put on quite a show for everyone. We can’t wait to see what the 50th anniversary party brings!
Check back to see our adventures from Day 6!
