Kering Launching Talent Initiative

Paris-based luxury conglomerate Kering is looking to expand its portfolio of Italian designers. Founder and CEO François-Henri Pinault announced he aims to further grow and diversify his company and that Italian is a “dominant nationality” in the industry. Kering is starting a new internship program with Vogue Italia, just in time for Milan Fashion Week. A total of 23 design, merchandising, visual display, digital, and communications positions with the magazine are available. According to Pinault, Kering’s main goal is to attract and retain the top talent to stay current in the competitive industry. “It’s not only about creation, not only about new designers.
