Second City Style had the opportunity to preview Tsubo Footwear’s Fall 2013 Collection last Thursday at Heritage Littles in Chicago. We enjoyed cocktails and hors d’ouervres as well as mugging with our favorite Tsubo shoes in a smile booth. Heritage Bicycles gave away 2 custom-made Tsubo bicycles at the event!
We learned that a Tsubo shoe “has the soul of a sport shoe.” Whether it’s a pump, boot, flat, oxford or slip-on, Tsubo deconstructs and repurposes the elements of athletic footwear to achieve superior comfort. “Tsubo” is the Japanese word for pressure point. Tsubo’s comfort oriented constructions support health & balance. We loved the combination of comfort, style and the fact that you can walk the distance in these shoes. The perfect city shoes. Lauren is already a fan of Tsubo and now we know why.
Here are some of our favorites for fall 2013.
Tsubo Tayla, $185
Tsubo Leonie, $195
Tsubo Rylee, $150
