The space features MAC’s professional lineup of products alongside the beauty brand’s usual makeup lines. It’s meant to to cater to both professionals and makeup enthusiasts interested in the high-technology products. “The pro products that we have are really for makeup artists. They are designed for the industry. Especially in the city of San Francisco, because we have a high level of pro makeup artists there,” MAC Cosmetics global brand president Karen Buglisi Weiler said. She also mentioned that the ordinary beauty customer isn’t normally exposed to this, and that it’s an interesting way to educate them about professional makeup. The new MAC pro flagship is divided into four zones, which house newly launched lines and signature collections, makeup stations, professional products, and a lash bar.
