American Apparel Repaying Its Debt
After a nearly 20 percent decline in its shares, the label known for its’ simple fashion is selling 30.5 million in shares to repay its’ debt.  The company decision to sell is based upon low sales and increasingly high debt. 

Potential Acquittal for Dolce and Gabbana 
After endless accusations of tax evasion against the legendary designer duo, the state prosecutor Gaetano Santamari has called for an acquittal in the case calling, the trial “groundless.” The trial will continue in the afternoon and the lawyer from the Agenzia delle Entrate, Italy’s revenue service, is expected to speak. While a blow to the revenue service’s case, Santamaria’s statement does not mean the charges will be dismissed.

Mario Reis for Coty
International beauty  company Coty, has announced Mario Reis as its’ head of supply chain. Reis who has more than 3o years of experience in the industry will be responsible for the  distribution of brands such as Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Chloe and Rimmel.
